As the Race Strategist, you are the key figure behind your team’s success during the race. Your mind is always focussed on one goal: winning. Throughout the year, you will work on your own crafted strategic and mathematical model. With this model, you calculate the optimal speed of the car, taking into account route information, car specifications, and the latest weather predictions.
Your role goes beyond just developing a model. You will also support your team during the design process and conduct tests on the car to determine crucial parameters such as the solar panel efficiency and the aerodynamic drag after the car is completed.
This role is certainly for you if you do not shy away from a challenge, like to work on complex calculations, and perform well under a little bit of pressure. As the strategist, it will be your decisions that determine the outcome of the race!
