As a team manager, you lead the entire project and create an environment where both individuals and the team can thrive. At the start of the year, you set ambitious goals together and build a strong, collaborative team through meetings and team-building activities. Throughout the year, you keep everyone focused, motivated, and moving in the right direction. You’re also the main contact for the race organization and key stakeholders, representing the team in presentations and media appearances. Most importantly, you’re the ultimate team player—jumping in wherever needed to support and inspire the team to achieve their goals!
